Goodyear’s Just Tires division seeks an entry-level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in a service center, learning basic automotive services while delivering outstanding guest service.

No prior experience required; training provided to develop skills like tire mounting/balancing and oil changes, with opportunities for fast-track advancement in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to learn new automotive skills and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services (tires mounting/balancing, oil changes, etc.).
• Assist with preventative maintenance and routine service tasks.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service and clear communication.
• Collaborate with technicians to deliver quality service.
