Job summary

Goodyear is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in our Auto Service centers. You will learn to perform basics such as tire mounting/balancing and oil changes while delivering outstanding service.

No experience required. We provide training, benefits, and opportunities for fast-track advancement in a dynamic environment. Valid driver's license and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to learning new technologies within the rapidly changing automotive industry.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and filter replacements.
• Train with mid and senior technicians to expand service capabilities.
• Demonstrate guest service and clear communication with customers.
