Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a team servicing vehicles at Firestone Complete Auto Care. You'll learn diagnostics, brakes, suspensions and routine maintenance while earning day-one benefits and eligibility for ASE certifications.

A valid driver’s license is required and experience in auto service is a plus. This role offers full- and part-time schedules with opportunities for growth in a nationwide network of stores and a commitment

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
