Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an entry level Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will join a dedicated team servicing vehicles with full- and part-time benefits from day one, including training and ASE certification opportunities.

The role focuses on diagnosing basic automotive issues, performing maintenance, tire care, and road-testing vehicles. A valid driver's license and basic math/reading skills are required.

Qualifications

  • Entry level role; full- and part-time benefits from day one.
  • Driver's license required; able to drive customer and company vehicles.
  • Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical).
  • Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
  • Install and perform tire maintenance.
  • Install batteries, shock absorbers, check electrical systems.
  • Road test vehicles.
