Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care in the United States. This entry-level role supports a team servicing vehicles and offers full and part-time benefits from day one, including a tool program, ASE certifications, and growth opportunities.

You will diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on vehicles, change oil, install tires and batteries, and road-test for quality. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Able to learn basic mechanical tasks and safety practices.
• Possesses a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in automotive service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and maintain tires; inspect batteries and suspensions.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and safety.
