Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a General Service Technician in Culebra, TX. This entry-level role supports essential vehicle maintenance, oil changes, tire services, and inspections while learning from experienced technicians and store leaders.

You'll perform basic services, keep the shop clean, follow safety procedures, and adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Entry-level role in automotive service.
Must follow safety standards and procedures.
Ability to learn basic automotive maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform tire services: mounting, dismounting, balancing, rotations.
Carry out oil changes and basic maintenance (fluids, wipers, bulbs, batteries, filters).
Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and document work orders accurately.
Identify safety issues and report findings through proper channels.
Conduct state inspections where applicable under supervision.
Keep shop, service area, and customer areas clean and organized.
Transport parts or vehicles as needed and maintain safety practices.
