Sun Auto Tire & Service is hiring a General Service Technician in TERAVISTA, TX. This entry-level role supports the shop by performing oil changes, tire services, basic maintenance, and Digital Vehicle Inspections while learning from experienced technicians and store leaders.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role suitable for mechanically inclined individuals.
• Ability to follow written procedures, safety standards, and store processes.
• Comfort with performing basic automotive tasks and learning new skills.
• Demonstrated reliability and safety awareness in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotations.
• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance (fluids, wipers, bulbs, batteries, filters).
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and repair order documentation accurately.
• Identify safety-related issues and communicate findings through proper channels.
• Conduct state inspections where applicable under supervision.
• Keep shop and customer areas clean and orderly.
• Transport parts and vehicles as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
