This entry‑level role supports the shop with oil changes, tire services, basic maintenance, and digital vehicle inspections while learning from experienced technicians and store leaders. You’ll develop foundational skills and grow toward higher technician roles in a values‑driven team.

The position offers hands‑on training, flexible scheduling including weekends, and competitive hourly pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• Reliable, safety‑focused, and mechanically inclined.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services: mounting, dismounting, balancing, rotations.
• Oil changes and basic maintenance: fluids, wipers, bulbs, batteries, filters.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and document repair orders accurately.
• Identify safety issues and communicate findings through proper channels.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE; assist with coaching and training.
• Keep shop and customer areas clean and organized; assist with parts transport.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
