Bridgestone Americas, through its BSRO network, is seeking an entry level Maintenance Technician for our auto care teams. You will join a collaborative shop environment that values safety and quality service.

You will diagnose basic automotive issues, perform oil changes, tire maintenance and safety inspections, and support experienced technicians as you learn on the job. Reliable commute to the shop is expected.

Qualifications

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems.
• On-the-job training to build foundational maintenance skills.
• Opportunities to gain ASE certifications as you grow.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance.
• Install and perform tire maintenance and battery checks.
• Road test and verify repairs as needed.
• Assist with inspections and safety checks.
