Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a collaborative team servicing vehicles. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance and electrical checks, and road test vehicles.

Full and part-time benefits are offered from day one, including training and ASE certifications. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate company vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Reading, writing, and math skills required.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
