Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our team at Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform routine maintenance, tire services, and road test vehicles as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
