Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our automotive services team. This entry-level role supports diagnosing and repairing vehicles, with full and part-time benefits from day one.

You will learn oil changes, tire maintenance, battery installs, and road testing, gaining hands-on ASE‑certification opportunities as part of a supportive, safety‑conscious workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical).
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
