Sullivan Tire and Auto Service in Salem, NH is seeking an Entry Level Technician to perform basic vehicle maintenance and tire services, delivering quality work and customer satisfaction. You’ll work with store management to meet productivity and policy standards in a fast-paced retail auto service environment.

Ideal candidates have a customer-service mindset, can lift 40–50 lbs, and are eager to learn tires and auto service. A team-first attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualificações

• Customer service focus in a retail environment.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
• Basic conflict resolution skills.
• Basic understanding of the automotive tire and auto service industry.

Responsabilidades

• Mount, dismount, balance, and repair tires on passenger and light truck vehicles.
• Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Document vehicle safety inspections.
• Perform unsupervised vehicle maintenance repairs (headlights, belts, batteries, wiper blades).
• Collaborate with store management to maintain productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a neat work area and dispose of waste properly.
• Assume other responsibilities as needed.
