Team Car Care East, LLC in Selden, NY is seeking a General Service Technician for an entry-level position with a structured training program that certifies you across our services, setting you up for a successful automotive-care career. You’ll learn through guided training and work toward becoming a skilled technician while serving guests.

You’ll deliver excellent guest service, help keep the service center clean, mentor newer staff, and perform routine tasks such as oil checks, fluid

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time guest care
• Provide clear communication about guest vehicles
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center
• Assist and mentor junior technicians
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates
• Ensure correct tire pressure and fluid levels
• Complete vehicle inspections and document work
• Follow safety policies and report issues
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and bending
