Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a General Service Technician at our Deer Park, NY location. This entry-level role provides hands-on vehicle servicing, comprehensive training, and a clear path to certification, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

You will work in a fast-paced setting, maintain safety and quality standards, and participate in our rewards program while receiving uniforms and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and loud environments.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Keep service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior technicians.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
