The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication with guests and teammates, and adherence to safety and lot policies; physical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds

Formación

• At least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Follow training program to gain certification and expertise.
• Maintain clean and presentable service center.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians.
• Document all work on repair orders.
