Team Car Care in Golden Valley, MN is seeking a motivated General Service Technician to professionally service guest vehicles and deliver top-notch quality work and guest experience. Our training program provides certification and hands-on expertise across the services we offer.

As an entry-level GST, you will join a supportive team, receive ongoing coaching, and have opportunities for advancement. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, safety, and excellent communication with guests

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles
• Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable
• Document all work performed on the repair order
