Team Car Care in Hopkins, MN is hiring for a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles with quality work and friendly service. You'll start in an entry-level role and receive training to certify in the services offered, setting you up for advancement.

You will work with a team, maintain a clean service center, communicate with guests, perform oil changes, inspect fluids, check tires, and document work.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior technicians and assist in training.
• Check oil level and tire pressure; ensure proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as needed; perform inspections.
• Install oil drain plug and oil filter; lubricate fittings.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
