Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a General Service Technician for an entry-level role at our Eagan, MN location. You will service guests' vehicles with a focus on quality work and guest experience, while completing our training program to certify you in all offered services.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and loud environments.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks as needed.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Complete tasks in training program to achieve certification.
• Promote teamwork and deliver on-time guest care during operating hours.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable; document work performed.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and communicate oil level, tire pressure.
• Inspect and refill fluids, install oil drain plug and filter as needed.
• Report safety issues to management and follow company policies.
