Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates; ensure tire pressure accuracy
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Document all work performed on the repair order
• Report safety issues to management
• Perform various manual tasks including lifting and squatting
• Perform other duties as assigned
