Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Service guests' vehicles with quality workmanship and guest care.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates about vehicle status.
• Ensure correct tire pressure and fluid levels; document work performed.
