Job summary

Jiffy Lube International is seeking a General Service Technician in Pantego, TX to service guests' vehicles and participate in our certification program. This entry-level role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and delivering high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates
• Strong work ethic, dependable, and a team player
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperatures

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience
• Receive training and certification through our program
• Provide guidance to junior technicians
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates
• Ensure tire pressure and fluid levels are adequate
• Inspect and document vehicle conditions on the repair order
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center
• Follow safety protocols and company policies
• Perform miscellaneous manual tasks including lifting and bending
