Job summary

Jiffy Lube International in Granbury, TX is seeking a General Service Technician. This entry-level position trains you to service guest vehicles with high-quality work and a focus on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check oil level and communicate findings to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation and inspect/refill fluids as needed.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues.
• Maintain adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform various manual tasks including lifting, bending, and squatting for extended periods.
