Jiffy Lube International seeks a General Service Technician to start in an entry-level role, delivering top-quality vehicle service and guest satisfaction. You’ll receive comprehensive training and certification through our program, setting you up for success in this position.

Responsibilities include working with guests, documenting work, and maintaining a clean, safe service bay while supporting junior technicians and ensuring timely service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to work in the U.S.
• Able to read safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to guests' vehicles and ensure quality work.
• Communicate with guests and teammates about vehicle status.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior technicians and guide mid-level staff.
• Document all work performed on repair orders.
