Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Effective communication with guests and teammates.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality workmanship and guest experience.
• Participate in training to achieve certification across offered services.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable at all times.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and support teams.
• Document all work on repair orders and report safety issues to management.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies while performing duties.
