Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is hiring a General Service Technician for an entry-level role at 8082 Brooklyn Blvd, Minneapolis, MN 55445. You will service guests' vehicles, participate in the company training program to earn service certifications, and contribute to a high-quality guest experience.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage, biweekly bonuses, full-time hours, and benefits such as 401K, medical/dental/vision insurance, employee discounts, and PTO after 180 days.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independent, dependable, team-oriented.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.

Responsabilités

• Service customers' vehicles professionally to ensure top-notch quality and guest experience.
• Attend training program to receive certification in all offered services.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time, accurate guest care during operating hours.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center and follow safety policies.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and communicate issues to management.
• Assist junior and mid-level technicians and provide guidance as needed.
