Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work.
• Participate in the training program to achieve certification.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and teammates.
• Document all work performed on repair orders.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
