Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic, dependable, and a team player.
• Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Professionally service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians as needed.
• Check oil level, tire pressure, and fluid levels; perform basic inspections.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and report safety issues.
