Team Car Care is seeking a General Service Technician in Lincoln, NE to service guest vehicles and support a high-quality guest experience. This entry-level role includes a structured training program that certifies you in all services offered and positions you for career advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g. retail, food service, hospitality).
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to team members.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary; complete vehicle inspection.
