107 Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a General Service Technician in Floral Park, NY. You will service guests' vehicles, participate in training to gain certification, and advance through our development path.

Entry-level joiner needed; you will learn through our program, deliver quality work, and ensure a positive guest experience while wearing a uniform and working in a lively shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g. retail, service).
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instruction manuals.
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver timely guest care during all hours.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear vehicle communication.
• Keep the service area clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure proper tire pressure and fluid levels; perform inspections.
