Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) in Killeen, TX is seeking a part-time General Service Technician to service guest vehicles and provide top-quality care. You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent guest service, maintaining a clean service center, and collaborating with teammates to ensure timely, accurate care

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Effective communication with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Participate in training program to achieve certifications.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Document all work on repair orders and communicate updates.
• Perform various manual tasks including lifting and working in varied environments.
