Team Car Care in Harker Heights, TX is hiring a General Service Technician for an entry-level role. You will service guest vehicles and participate in our training program to earn certification, with a path to advancement.

The position offers a part-time schedule and benefits including 401K matching, bonuses, and health coverage. Team Car Care provides uniforms, discounts, and rewards via our internal program.

Qualificações

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated, dependable, and a team player
• Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures, identify problems, and make sound decisions
• Physically able to stand for extended periods on hard surfaces, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks including bending and squatting
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
• Commitment to adhering all safety protocols and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned

• Assist with daily service center operations and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow procedures, report safety issues, and document work performed on repair orders.
