Job summary

AutoNation in Fremont, CA is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance quickly and accurately per dealer and factory standards, building trust with customers.

You will communicate with Parts and Service Advisors, document work on the repair order, stay current with factory bulletins and training, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Entry-level earn $26 per flat-rate hour; benefits include insurance, 401k matching, and associate discounts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance work per repair order, efficiently and accurately, to dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Dept. and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
