Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on the repair order, in line with dealership and factory standards, and to build customer trust and loyalty in AutoNation as a care-giver for vehicle safety and reliability.

You will communicate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication, document work on the repair order, stay current with factory bulletins, and participate in training to

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes for quality and safety.
• A passion for cars and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Performing vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards, to drive customer loyalty.
• Communicating with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
• Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
• Meeting targeted production and customer satisfaction goals.
