Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards while building customer trust and loyalty. The role emphasizes efficiency, accuracy, and clear communication with service teams to ensure reliable service.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, a background in express/quick lube settings, and a valid in-state driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performing vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards, to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
