Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform maintenance per dealer and factory standards and build customer trust in our care for vehicle safety and reliability.

You will perform tasks on repair orders with accuracy, communicate with Parts and Advisors, and document work while staying updated on bulletins and training to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep abreast of factory bulletins and participate in training classes as appropriate.
