Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a dedicated Express Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance as outlined by dealer and factory standards. You will collaborate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage workflow and keep customers informed about progress.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent and a valid Florida driver’s license. Prior express/lube experience is preferred, and the company offers paid training, OEM certification support, and opportunities for growth across

• Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety processes.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on repair orders per dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate regularly with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Stay updated on factory bulletins and participate in technician training as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
