Team Car Care West, LLC in West Saint Paul, MN 55118 is seeking a General Service Technician for a part-time role. You will service guests' vehicles, participate in our training program to gain certification, and help keep the service center safe and welcoming for customers.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Effective communication with guests and teammates.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and loud environments.

Responsabilités

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all hours.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles and services.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center.
• Mentor junior and mid-level technicians.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates.
• Ensure proper tire pressure and inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluids as necessary.
• Document all work performed on repair orders.
• Install new oil drain plug and filter.
• Document safety issues to management and follow policies.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and bending as needed.
