Job summary

Vista Ford Toyota of Delta is seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our service department as an Assistant Service Advisor. This hands-on, entry-level role offers learning opportunities across Ford and Toyota processes, with a clear path to grow into a full-time Service Advisor or Ford Mobile Service Advisor.

You will gain hands-on experience, shadow senior advisors, and support smooth service drive operations while earning a target base commission income of $45,000 per year,

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable stepping into different roles/duties as needed day-to-day.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced service drive.

Responsibilities

• Check customers in and out at the service drive for a smooth experience.
• Learn Ford and Toyota warranty, recalls, and factory service procedures.
• Shadow lead advisors to learn appointment scheduling, write-ups, RO accuracy, and customer communication.
• Cover the service advisor desk when others are out to keep the department staffed.
• Help manage repair order accuracy, parts coordination, and status updates for customers.
• Build product knowledge across Ford and Toyota lineups.
