Job summary

Madison Honda is seeking a full-time Parts Advisor to assist customers and service staff in a fast-paced environment. You will handle parts orders, inventory, and daily counter duties while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of automotive parts experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a flexible schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays. Computer literacy and a valid driver''s license are required.

Qualifications

• One to two years of automotive parts experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including some evenings and Saturdays.
• Must have a valid driver's license and few to no points on driving record.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and bill all parts.
• Maintain proper storage of parts.
• Stock shelves.
• Assist retail customers and technicians, including answering phones.
• Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping.
• Pickup and delivery of parts.
• Keep department and work area orderly, neat, and clean.
• Maintain a superior level of customer service.
• Other duties as directed by management.
