Madison Honda is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our service team. This full-time position focuses on helping customers, supporting technicians, and managing parts inventory in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of automotive parts experience, be computer literate, and hold a High School Diploma or GED. A flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays is required, along with a valid driver\'s license and clean driving record.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of automotive parts experience required, retail or dealership setting.
• Must be computer literate.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid driver\'s license with few points on record.

Responsabilidades

• Order, receive, and bill all parts.
• Maintain storage of parts and stock shelves.
• Assist retail customers and technicians, including answering phones.
• Support parts inventory management through bin counts and records.
• Handle pick-up and delivery of parts.
• Maintain a clean and organized department and work area.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
