Madison Honda in Phillipsburg, NJ is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our service team. You will assist customers and technicians by ordering, receiving, and billing parts, and you will maintain accurate parts inventory in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of automotive parts experience, is computer literate, and holds a High School Diploma or GED. Flexible scheduling including some evenings and Saturdays and a valid driver's license with few points are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and bill all parts.
• Maintain proper storage of parts.
• Stock shelves.
• Assist retail customers and technicians, including answering phones.
• Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping.
• Pickup and delivery of parts.
• Keep the department and work area neat, clean.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Other duties as directed by management.
