Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician in Carrollton, TX. You will join a team servicing vehicles, learning to diagnose and repair brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical systems, with oil changes and tire maintenance as core duties.

A valid driver’s license is required, and prior automotive experience is preferred. We offer paid training, competitive pay, and opportunities for ASE certifications as part of our crew

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical).
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
