Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team dedicated to vehicle service excellence. You’ll participate in hands-on diagnostics, maintenance and tire-related tasks, supported by comprehensive training and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical).
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
