Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Firestone Complete Auto Care network in the United States. This entry-level role supports a high-performing team servicing vehicles and learning essential automotive diagnostics and maintenance skills.

You will begin with on-the-job training, participate in tool programs, and contribute to a culture that values safety, quality, and customer service. Benefits begin day one for eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
