Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations in Southaven, MS, is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to support Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will diagnose and repair basic systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and road-test vehicles. This role offers full- and part-time schedules with day-one benefits.

Bridgestone provides paid training, tool program discounts, and opportunities for ASE certifications, with a pay range of $12.54 to $18.81 per hour, plus benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
