Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team. This entry-level role focuses on diagnosing and repairing basic vehicle systems, performing preventive maintenance, and providing reliable tire and service support.

The position offers full-time and part-time options with benefits from day one, including tool program discounts and competitive pay between $13.20 and $19.80 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in the automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive components including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
