Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Madison Heights, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level position offers full- and part-time benefits from day one, with hands-on training in vehicle diagnostics and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems: brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
