Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team and support vehicle service in our shops. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and tire services while working with a supportive, safety-conscious crew.

You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform scheduled maintenance, install batteries and tires, and road-test vehicles.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries and shock absorbers; check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
