Job summary

Mills Automotive Group is seeking an entry-level administrative team member in Willmar, MN. The role involves researching and solving customer claims, handling damaged parts, and documenting claims with accuracy.

You will be the positive representative of the company, providing dependable service to customers. The position is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm, with starting pay of $16.00–$17.00+ per hour, evaluated on skills, training, and experience.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail.
• Able to multi-task and work independently or with a team.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged automotive parts and determine the next step in the process.
• Take calls from customers regarding damaged parts and assist with return authorization.
• Process parts claims for damage, overage and shortage for 6 manufacturers.
• Prepare claim documentation and parts to be returned to 6 manufacturers.
